The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zleepo, a family-run bedding workshop based in Athens, Greece.
Zleepo operates this website and online store, including all related information, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is hosted on Shopify, which enables us to provide our products and services to customers worldwide.
By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS
Zleepo specializes in mattress covers and bedding accessories.
Many of our products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis according to the selected size, material and zipper configuration.
Production time is typically up to 7 business days before shipment.
We make every effort to display product colors and materials accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors will be completely accurate.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, discontinue products or limit quantities at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase a product.
Orders are only accepted once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
Zleepo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
• product availability
• errors in product information or pricing
• suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on our website are listed in the currency shown at checkout.
For customers within the European Union, prices may include VAT where applicable under EU tax regulations.
For customers outside the European Union, prices do not include import duties, customs fees or local taxes that may be charged by your country's authorities.
Customers are responsible for any additional import charges.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Most products are produced upon order and typically ship within 7 business days.
Delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping carrier and are provided as estimates only.
Zleepo is not responsible for delays caused by:
• shipping carriers
• customs clearance
• international logistics disruptions
• events beyond our control
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the product to the shipping address provided during checkout.

All content on this website including text, images, product designs, graphics, logos and branding are the intellectual property of Zleepo unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without written permission.
