Returns
Because many Zleepo products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis according to selected size and configuration, returns may not be accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the issue in order to evaluate the claim.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds or replacements may be offered in cases of:
• manufacturing defects
• incorrect item received
• products damaged during shipping
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
• made-to-order or custom size products
• items that have been used, washed or altered
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
